This shipping policy applies to all orders of cat trees, litter boxes, and other pet supplies purchased on the Pawfect Essentials website (hereinafter referred to as "we"). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
I. Order Processing Time
All orders require a processing period of 3–5 working days. During this time, we will complete product preparation, strict quality inspections (including checking the structural stability of cat trees and the sealing of litter boxes), and professional packaging to ensure products are shipped in intact condition.
Processing does not include weekends or public holidays, and orders placed after 12:00 PM (customer service time zone) will be processed on the next working day.
II. Shipping Methods and Timelines
1. Shipping Carrier
We exclusively use UPS for all shipments. Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to UPS on the same day, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
2. Delivery Timelines
Delivery times vary by destination and do not include the 3–5 working day order processing period:
- Domestic Shipping (U.S.): 2–5 working days after dispatch.
- Overseas Shipping: 7–15 working days after dispatch. Remote areas may experience additional delays of 2–3 working days.
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates provided by UPS; we are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, customs clearance, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
III. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your shipping address, order weight, and package size. The exact shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time; details will be announced on the website homepage. Free shipping applies to eligible orders only and does not cover remote area surcharges.
IV. Shipping Restrictions

V. Order Tracking and Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect address information. If you need to modify your address after placing an order, contact us immediately—we cannot adjust addresses once the order has been shipped.
Upon delivery, please inspect the package for damage. If the package is damaged, refuse delivery or sign for it with a note of damage, then contact us promptly to arrange a replacement or refund.
VI. Missing or Damaged Shipments
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, or if it arrives damaged, contact us via email within 7 working days of the estimated delivery date. Provide your order number and relevant evidence (e.g., tracking records, photos of damage) for verification.
We will work with UPS to investigate missing or damaged shipments. For confirmed lost packages, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund. For damaged products, we will provide a free replacement or process a refund based on the damage extent.
