What are the return and exchange requirements?
To be eligible for return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories intact. Please initiate the return or exchange request within 30 days of receiving the package. We will not accept returns or exchanges for products that are damaged due to improper use or man-made reasons.
How to process a return or exchange?

Our customer service will reply to you within 24 business hours and guide you through the subsequent return and exchange process, including providing the return address and handling refund or exchange arrangements.
