When will my order be shipped?

We ship all orders on the same day they are placed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Which logistics carrier do you use?

We cooperate with UPS for all shipments. You can track your package in real time through the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email, or by visiting the UPS official website and entering the tracking number.

How long does it take to receive my package?

Delivery time depends on your shipping address. Generally, it takes 3-7 business days for delivery within the US. For international shipments, the delivery time may vary by region, usually 7-15 business days. Please note that holidays or customs clearance may cause slight delays.
